Do you have any payment plans?
We do not offer in-house payment plans, and payment is due at the time of service. However, we do accept CareCredit, which offers flexible financing options that may work better for your budget. If you have questions about CareCredit or need help applying, our team is happy to assist.
What types of pets do you see?
Our clinic sees dogs and cats.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we are by appointment only. If there is an emergency during hours, we still appreciate a call to let us know what is going on so that we can prepare for your arrival.
Do you offer boarding, grooming, or daycare?
We offer boarding at the Shawnee location. We do not offer grooming at this time.
What are the recommended vaccines for dogs?
Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, and Lyme. These are all part of our core vaccination standard. We also offer flu vaccines as well as distemper titer testing at our Shawnee location.
What are the recommended vaccines for cats?
Distemper, Leukemia, and Rabies. Some are situation-dependent. We tailor the vaccine strategy with the team and decide from there.
Do you offer spay and neuter services?
Yes, we offer spay/neuter services for both dogs and cats. We highly recommend this for a variety of reasons. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to give us a call.
